Mitt Romney is,###But a POLITICAL MIRRORIST,,,one thing about united states is that they Respect FAMILY,but when you are holding 1% portfolio and you put your wife lifetime jobless and NRA gun control on 99% public struggling middle class faces, trust me,they will LINK both your portfolio and mouth into political stew, schew, screw"YOU"gambo soup KITCHEN.@
i see theres a scandal with prostitutes and the obama admin. say hello to pres romney
Put the country in the hands of this former Governor who once supported gun control in his own State then you have a guy who never will admit he was wrong or right about gun control before leading the country‘s moral standings. The country does not need confused leadership on this issue anymore than the rich need more tax breaks.
For Mitt Romney not to redress the NRA with their failing influence of the Stand your Ground laws across this county at this time, fails a moral leadership of this country. Given the recent embarrassment in Florida’s Law Enforcement management that the NRA has influenced, Mitt Romney’s Campaign could have canceled his appearance at the NRA, or at least, postponed it, giving a silent criticism. Instead, his appearance, without mentioning it, gave silent praise.
Some Republican’s will vote for any Republican Candidate, along with tolerating their vote counting towards any Republican issue, right or wrong, supporting gun manufacturers and gun dealers, as long as the constituents get their tax breaks along with those companies that contribute to the Republican Party. Such as supporting an agenda that encourages everybody to own a gun, including people like George Zimmerman, including people who will never admit they could be wrong and always think they are right.
Must the Democratic Party always gain an embarrassing win with the Republican Party's Nixon-losses? We have so much more to be proud of in this country, and even more to gain.
Romney supported gun control in his state you say?Well that explains his flip flop,it was right for Mass.but not for the nation. Kinda like the Health Care Act.
as you brought up confused leadership obama while in the senate voted to give oil companies more susidies. then he accepted donations from oil company execs. as president he now says oil company subsidies are wrong. sound confusing to you, sounds like a flipflop to me. while in the senate he voted not to raise the debt ceiling citing its poor presidential leadership. as president he chided those voting not to raise the ceiling. sound confusing to you? while running for pres he said bush was unpatriotic for adding debt. now as pres hes adding more debt a at faster pace than bush did. is he unpatriotic? sound confusing to you? in 2002 he stated he was for gay marriage. now hes against it. lol he says hes evolving on gay marriage. as gays will vote for obama no matter what he says. his saying hes against it meant he was trying to get rep votes. i predict he will finally EVOLVE the day after the nov election. i could give more examples of his flipflopping but my time is short. does this post clearup your confusion?
Gottlieb, I have nothing but respect for your approach to law and the work of the 2AF, but you've got to get a hold of the magazines thing. It really is about prior restraint. To make the analogy: nobody takes away speech ahead of any incident, of course, but it would be equally ridiculous to say that nobody is allowed to raise their voice above 80 decibels because noone would ever "need" to do so.
The question on magazines is the exact same: nobody legislates how many calories are in your cheesburger, just because it might kill you. Nobody legislates how fast your car can go, just because you might use it to mow down school kids. Nobody legislates the alcohol content of the beer you have over lunch, just because you might become drunk. There are laws against speeding and laws against driving drunk, but those are choices the result in behavior. Law can target behavior, but it is not the job of law to regulate inanimate objects. End of story. Why do I "need" 30 rounds? I suppose if I were gay that, in certain states, I might eventually have to prove why I "need" to marry without the possibility of producing children. Does anyone honestly want a state that regulates its populace based on some paternal, arbitrary assessment of "need"?
Oh, one more thing: There are laws against things like purchasing certain quantities of fertilizer, but how effective would you say those are those at preventing the production of methamphetamine and explosives? In the meantime, the counter clerk at my garden store will hassle me about the amount of potassium in my car trunk, deny me sale, and have his @!$%#ry be completely backed by the state.
the mayor gets alot of time and the gun guy get little time. I have a 30 round mag for my glock, its easier to shoot that then reload a few times. Bad guys will get guns, good guys have to deal with bad guys, gifords shooting never was said that there were 2 conceil and carry at site, but both had no shot cause bystandards were in way, that dont make the papers just guns are bad, when will we be recognized for good, us permit holders. bad guys will always get guns, not matter what. Were the good guys, cant they see that. Press on permit and gun owners, we have a up hill battle, remember they just dont get it...... but we do. Timtool
I have a 30 rd mag, its easy to shoot, instead of reloading clip, if you shoot guns you know. about the giford thing, there were 2 conceil and carry there, but they had bystandards in the way. thats why they didnt shoot. but u didnt hear of that on TV. Bad guys will always get guns. The gun holders have a brain. When you think about it, this guy says if the gifford guy didnt have a mag 30 rnd this would have happened. Is he blind. if he only had a 10 rd mag she woundnt have been shot. wow . Bad guy got a gun probably had no background check. thats not the normal law person. Stand strong, why use the guys that went and got the permit and went through the checks be put up and be the bad guy. They are sooooo blind.... Thanks Timtool
